🌰 Ingredients You’ll Need for Nutty energy balls
- Hazelnuts – 100g, crushed or blended
- Almond flour or ground almonds – 50g
- Dates – 8 to 10, pitted and chopped
- Dried fruits from our selection, or apricots or figs – 4 to 5, chopped
- Chia seeds or flax seeds – 2 tbsp
- Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut – 3 tbsp
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
🥄 How to Make Chandra Power Bites
- Blend the base: Add the dates, dried apricots, and hazelnuts to a food processor. Blend until sticky and crumbly.
- Add the dry: Mix in almond flour, seeds, and coconut. Blend again until the mixture holds together.
- Sweeten & spice (optional): Stir in honey, cocoa, or spices for added flavour.
- Roll into balls: Wet your hands and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Chill: Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge — they’ll last up to a week (but probably won’t make it that long).
