✔️ Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 5 days of delivery.

✔️ Wrong Item Received: If the item received is incorrect, let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

Change of Mind (unless the seller explicitly allows it)

Used or Opened Items (unless they arrived defective)

Perishable or Customized Goods
