Ingredients include plain flour (wheat gluten), gram flour, water, sunflower oil, chilli powder, sugar, ajwain, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, asafetida.

  1. Pani Puri

Other Indian Vegetarian snacks that you most definitely will enjoy is pani puri. This snack consists of a round, hollow puri, deep-fried crisp crepe and filled with a mixture of flavoured water, tamarind chutney, chilli, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.

Modern chefs, eager to take their culinary expertise to the next level, have come up with interesting variations to the “gol gappa” like the cucumber pani puri, in which cucumber juice is used to fill up the puris. Some of its ingredients involve flour, spiced water, onions, potatoes, and chickpeas.
